Victory Axis' Bio

The leader of APS under the command of Starrhero, Victory Axis is a somewhat competent leader for any team. With a spark of gold & a will of steel, Axis is not known for any lively or laid back personality. Axis takes everything he does rather seriously, or at the very least, he acts like he does.
