Eons ago, Leozack was a member of the powerful Breast Force. Leozack was chosen by Deathsaurus himself to be second in command. Leozack was just as ruthless as his leader, Deathsaurus, and just as brutal a warrior. In the air he was the strongest of all the Breast Force, leaving only ruins beneath him. However, he was not pleased with being only second in command. At every moment Leozack schemed to replace the all-powerful Deathsaurus. His subtle acts of insubordinance did not go unnoticed by Deathsaurus, who watched him carefully. The final straw for Deathsaurus caused him to trap both Killbison and Leozack in a tomb of rubble.
Twilight Seraph members Monoxcyde and Madrox had been searching for the ancient Green Book of Cybertronian Lore and on one of their journeys into the catacombs of Cybertron they discovered two lifeless Decepticons. Monoxcyde's internal sensors quickly deduced that the bodies were long lost members of an ancient and destructive Decepticon squad known as Breast Force. After digging the bodies from the rubble, Monoxcyde identified Leozack and Killbison from the history banks. The two Twilight Seraphs took the fallen warriors back to their base. Under Quietstorm's approval, medic Dreadlocked went to work repairing the legendary Decepticons. But in order for a reactivation to take place for Leozack, a sliver of a living spark would be needed to be successful. Monoxcyde offered a portion of his own spark to revive Leozack, knowing that Leozack's destructive power would aid in the decimation of the Autobots. Leozack was ressurrected and quickly fell back into his duties: destroying Autobots and hungering to be the one, true leader. And to this day he is unaware that Deathsaurus is the one responsible for toppling that massive Cybertronian building and placing him into that cold, relentless tomb of debris and rubble.
As second-in-command of the Breast Force, Leozack was not only the most powerful Breast Force jet, but could have been considered the most powerful Breast Force member, period. However, now with the Twilight Seraphs, Leozack is average in overall power compared to Twilight Seraph leader Quietstorm, Deathtrack, Protoform X and the Transformer that granted him a second life, Monoxcyde. He can transform into an F-14 Jet Fighter capable of performing the "Pipebomb Attack" a variation of his ancient "Jet Attack." With this upgraded and new attack, Leozack moves at super-sonic speed while unleashing a hail of ammunition groundward. He then leaves a laser beam contrail in his wake, followed by thousands of tiny bombs that finish the job indefinitely. His contempt for authority has more than once put him on the bad side of Deathsaurus, and this attitude continues now with Quietstorm.
Leozack is a powerful member of the Twilight Seraphs, but is not trusted by many of the squad members. Quietstorm is pleased with the retrieval of such a powerhouse, but hopes that he does not have to act in the same manner that Deathsaurus did. Quietstorm feels that eventually he may have to be rid of the services of Leozack, but until that time comes Leozack has a place in the Twilight Seraphs
