Quartus' Bio

Quartus is one of two survivors of a set of six experimental Cons created late in the wars. Supposedly these Cons would have the combined knowledge and tactical skill drawn from the remains of hundreds of dead Decepticon commanders. Their neural centres would be especially designed to support immense quantities of knowledge and information. Due to unforeseen occurrences in the war the experiment came under extreme pressure to deliver results and was completed hastily.
Quartus is considered the only marginal success. Primus and Secundus failed to activate, Tertius could not cope with the sheer amount of knowledge it carried and committed suicide, Quintus’ refused to obey anyone except Quartus and Sextus was destroyed when it attempted to defect to the Autobots, believing their victory inevitable.
Quartus remained loyal to the Decepticon Forces, but of the vast knowledge Quartus was supposed to posses only brief flashes ever show, sometimes executing manoeuvres of almost unparalleled brilliance or suggesting strategies that perfectly exploit enemy weaknesses. When Quartus discovered that all the experimental Cons were ‘too dangerous’ and were be destroyed Quartus ordered its ‘Brother’ Quintus to destroy the laboratory. Quartus then fled the Decepticon forces with Quintus in tow. They lived as fugitives until they met with the Omnicron Myriad. When Coldchain heard the tale he judged Quartus worthy and took him in as part of the Myriad. Quartus and Quintus now serve as the Myriads main operational taskforce.
