Burntout's Bio
The void did many things to many of the Troopers, but the greatest thing it did for Burntout was to make his name fit better.
Burntout was easily tired by almost everything he did, poor fuel economy coupled with his weak ability in battle made him one of the most usless fighters on the team. Routinely left out of battles and utterly useless in the arena, a lack of drive and a inferiority complex. So what did he do when he found himself in the Void? He shut himself down.
Once reactivated he found his mental dead weight had become physical, all attempts to fly, became more costly and he quickly decided to give-up his alt-mode for something closer to the ground. In his new mode he finds that in battle he is more capable and able to contribute, but he still burns energon faster than almost anyone else, and the middle of a battle is still the worst place to be burnt out.
