Believed to have died during the Attack on Autobot City in 2005, Wheeljack was in stasis lock and by the time he was repaired and back online Cybertron belonged to the Autobots so he took it upon himself to retire for awhile. now with a new war raging and a need for bots with experience his self imposed retirement is over.
