known to many as the red rainmaker he finds this as an annoyance. he isn't a rainmaker, they are beneath him, they are inferior.
he gets his name from the sound his engines make when he introduces the turbo-3 fuel he stores where his emotional control unit should be to his jet engines
recently both friends and foes have noticed that when he moves at top speed he can move slightly out of sync with the rest of the universe
