About Legio XLVII Cybertronica
Legio XLVII, or simply the 47th, was originally established thousands of years ago during the first Golden Age as part of a new self-contained combat brigade in the Cybertronian Defense Force.
Originally named the 47th Armored Regimental Combat Team, it was tasked with primarily offensive operations in deep space. The 47th quickly established itself as a crack front line unit but after hundreds of years of little to no logistical support from Cybertron itself the neglect began to take it's toll on the ranks.
During the Civil War the 47th was finally recalled from deep space back to Cybertron itself and was reformed into a more mobile and independent unit; Legio XLVII.
Under the command of Megatron the 47th saw action all across Cybertron and it's moon until finally driving the last of the Autobot remnant from the planet. In recognition of unit wide meritorious service throughout the duration of the war Megatron awarded the entire legion with the honorary title "Cybertronica."
The 47th's current task is a simple search and destroy order from Megatron himself. No matter where Autobots are, no matter how much collateral damage it takes, the 47th will hunt and down and battle their enemies in defense of Cybertron.
