Are you ready for some new Transformers Generations rumours? The last list was from a while back so I think we are overdue. These rumours all come from a post on 4 chan so take all of these with a grain of salt and it will be fun to see what pans out. The reason we are newsing this now is because some rumblings from toyfair seem to back part of it up, especially the mention of smaller figures still being a part of the next line.

These rumours mostly concern the last part of the trilogy, Power of the Primes which is due out in stores January 2018, but there is also mention of Titans Return since there will possibly be transition figures like Buzzsaw in Combiner Wars.

Prime Wars next Gimmick is toys to life. Download an App and scan the card that comes with the figure onto your iphone. Play "stages"(it's unkown what type of game it's going to be) using said character.

Titanmasters will be replaced by equally smaller guys. They won't be headmasters but closer to Micromasters that become target masters or weapon platforms.
Legends will still be able to cart the tiny men around
Prime Wars will still be mostly 88-89 crew. Things like Turbomasters will show up from time to time.
All 5 Dinobots will be made as well as the remaining 3 insecticons will appear. Ransack will show up towards the end of TR as will Barrage. Venom will either be Wave 6 of TR or Wave 1 of PW. He's like Buzzsaw in CW where he may not be able to fit into wave 1.
Scorponok will be Next Titan after Trypticon
TR Arcee is just a repaint of TR Loudmouth

Fine, I'll be first to say it. I bet Ransack is just a repaint of Kickback. Barrage, however might need to be a retool of Bombshell or a new mold in order to get compatibility with whatever Hasbro is going to call the little fellas.

It kind of makes me sad that Predaking isn't the next titan (from the rumor we got a while back of him being released https://static.seibertron.com/images/to ... g-2017.jpg), but I guess it makes sense to have Scorponok be the next one.

Maybe its because he wont be released as a Titan class combiner.

I'd prefer as many Combiners be CW-sized as possible - for consistency between sizes; so I'm able to get them at a lower price one-at-a-time at my leisure rather than pay 150 upfront; and for mix-and-matching between Combiners. I can understand why it would need to be done for a six-combiner like Devastator since he has a completely different combination scheme to the five-combiners (as do Monstructor, Raiden etc.), but there is no reason for Predaking to be titan-class and I don't see why that idea would hold any appeal. It's like you guys don't want Razorclaw to be repainted into a combining Lio Convoy.
Seriously, combining Lio Convoy should be reason enough for wanting a standard retail Voyager Razorclaw. None of what I listed above even matters. Combining Lio Convoy. You have to want this.

Oh you have given me visions of a Titan combiner Raiden where the trains can have opening parts to store things in and they can all link together in a chain... all very Megazord like.

That would be rather fun and appropriate to the existance of the smaller classes for the larger one to interact with - I'd say the same about a Titan Class Omega Supreme too - I'd want that to have interior space too - though controversially I'd prefer a Titan Class Omega Supreme based on the idea of the Animated or WFC Omega - not the G1 version - that would go nicer with Trypticon too.

Well Movie toys aside news from this point is likely to be often Prime Wars 3.0 related - especially with RID being at it's Fag* end.

Most of the Actionmaster Targetmaster partners were Beast themed. If the rumors surrounding the Dinobots and a new Predaking are true, there may be a large Beast contingent to this line.

Seibertron and I had a fun speculative conversation about the Dinobots long ago in the Combiner Wars thread, I think, about how it would be cool if the Dinos had cockpits for pilots like their Diaclone/G1 counterparts, but weren't necessarily Titan/Head Masters.

Maybe we were closer to being right than we knew. ;)^

And the Insecticons... everyone could predicted it. Venom has to be a new mold, I don't see how any of the other can be retooled. Who'd Venom's retool/redeco be anyway?

Perhaps Slug (aka Slag) could be made to also be Grimstone - now here is a crazy idea - make a Grimstone that is also a Combiner Wars compatible Torso ! and a bunch or Deluxe Dinobots that are also limbs (but not the usual suspects) then do something else with the normal G1 Dinos.

& yes if they make Slog (aka Sludge) he should be moulded to also be able to be made into Paddles too.

I would like extra Dinobots beyond the normal ones and also that Female Lady Bug Insecticon I keep going on about too.
