Although Pharma did get his hands back he could be having them replaced. And the vocal synthesizer could be explained through it needing to be retuned to match his original voice. I dont think so. The grand architect is on a higher level than Tyrest and Pharma was below Tyrest so it would be a huge step up for him.
I'm only like 50 pages into Eugenesis but it already has Quints ready to throw some brains into Cybertronian bodies.
