Takara Tomy Kre-O Web Comic Episode 11

I thought kreo was dead. You dont see them in stores anymore. The shelves they use to warm are now being warmed by constructobots. When will hasbro learn todays kids dont want to build crap ? They want the real figures not lego and erector sets.

This is TakaraTomy and Japan we're talking here. Not Hasbro. but I know you're going to ignore that for whatever reason anyway.

I missed that. But honestly Im surprised. Usually dumbed down TF toys are geared towards the "western market". Takara usually makes nothing but the good stuff. I wonder if they'll end up with constructobots as well ?

Actually, TakaraTomy releases just about anything Hasbro has after some tweaking. So yes, we can expect Construct-Bots over there and the "dumbed down" TF toys for the new movie. They have kids there too, you know?

Even robot heroes and rescue bots. I always assumed their kids stuff was kaybaya figures and arms microns in coin operated candy machines. In other words, stuff that adults like too. Just my guess from what i see on these front page stories...

There's also the fact that this comic is written in, you know, Japanese.

It doesn't appear to be intentional, but Megatron just looks less "Animated" in the first panel he appears, when compared to the last. But it could be just the art.

I'm all for homages and such, but did he really have to include the Legion from Kiss Players?

Grand Galvatron was to have been the ultimate result of Galvatron's long term master plan for the middle arc of the Headmasters cartoon. Though, this plan to incorporate the Earth into Galvatron's systems had one small detail that did not sit well with Sixshot: In order for Galvatron to complete this goal, he would also require that some parts from the bodies of the best of the best Decepticons (which included Sixshot) be integrated into Galvatron to compensate for any weaknesses he'd have.

Though, this plan never came to fruition since Galvatron was killed in battle before the plan could be set in motion.
