Charle5 of the TFW2005 boards has sighted a most suprising Alternator prototype in a shop today. The figure is based on the tracks mold, painted black and red, has a big Decepticon logo on the chest, and has a remolded head that looks like a panther's! That's right, completely unexpected as it may be, the next Decepticon Alternator looks to be Ravage!
