One of the sought-after action figures for Transformers fans will be a new Nemesis Prime, straight from the Transformers Armada series. This $75 Voyager-class figure comes packaged with his Mini-Con partners: Runway, Jetstorm, and Sonar.
Similarly to his previous incarnations, Nemesis Prime resembles Autobot leader Optimus Prime. Hellbent on destroying all Transformers, he appeared in several episodes of the Armada series and had the ability to regenerate from even lethal amounts of damage. This new action figure of Nemesis Prime can convert between robot and truck mode in around 21 steps, and his Mini-Cons can transform into an airline, jet airliner, and space shuttle modes. When combined, the Mini-Cons can also transform into a powerful saber weapon.
For accessories, Nemesis Prime comes equipped with two blasters and a cannon that can also be combined into a powerful weapon, and he has a Matrix of Leadership accessory that can fit inside of his chest compartment.

Original Armada figure is still probably the closest match color-wise. This is way too blue, needs more gray/black tint.

I get what they're going for, but it feels off, like they missed a few of the marks. It's hard to make out the details in the face and they really should have gone all out like they did with Amazon Bludgeon. Dark gray would have looked better instead of silver, and also leave off the red. It's like they were trying to blend the cartoon and Hasbro figure.
Maybe this will be one of hose figures that look better in hand.
As for the Star Saber team, they look pretty good. Apparently a rep said they'd like to find a way to get it out in other places (I'm guessing Dark Saber and a clear Star Saber) but the three together don't quite add up to a Deluxe for them.

Interesting they went for cartoon colors instead of toy colors and that they gave him the saber instead of Run Over.

Well, they could throw in more Minicons in a set to bring it up to a deluxe price. It would be nice if we got an Overrun, General release Jolt and Wind Sheer (from Whisper).
