3 missions ended, activated 2 Cons, no DEACTIVATE button below my 5 actives.

So I send both on missions, 2 more missions end within the minute, then I activate 2 more for another total of 5 active, and now DEACTIVATE is back less than 2 minutes later.

Still seems pretty random.

I also updated the header. I'm not done but I'm falling asleep while writing code so I'm going to call it quits here for now.
