Thank you Absolute Zero. I know of the rules...but this doesn't apply as the alt I am looking for is not a 'Con alt so I can't get it in that manner.

I think you still have to go about it the same way. They can't just give you the alt when everyone else is working for it. I think someone else was after a faction alt, or one that wasn't really being used, something like that.

again, but if possible, I would like it to be configured old school tank style. Ram starting at 1000xp and strafe unlockable with 3 intelligence and 4 skill with starting cost of 4000xp.

Can only use existing alt class combinations, but if you find me...

...20 MISSIONS where a strafe of over 75% is performed...

and I'll set you one up the above pic with any tactic combo you want from the calculator list.
