What exactly are the differences between each Robot Mode?

What exactly are the differences between each Robot Mode?

Some are obvious...
Assault probably boosts firepower
Melee has to be strength
Bulk would be endurance
but then there's 2 different computational & recon?
I've searched through the faq & ran a search through the forum about robot mode and nothing came up. Can someone answer this for me so I can decide what to go to?

Weapon: Energy Blades

Recon boosts Speed (and thus your chance of hitting)
Computational boosts Courage (and thus how often your bot acts).
