Seibertron member formula93 follows up his previous Toys"R"Us Masterpiece Thundercracker retail sighting with some nice in-hand images of the figure. As you can see Thundercracker features some interesting homages which include G1 Reflector on each bicep with the words "Say Cheese", a silhouette of of himself holding G1 Soundwave on his shoulder with the word "SONICBOOM" on his tail fins, and a reference to Hasbro designer Joe "Bid Daddy" Kyde just under the cockpit canopy, and his Japanese identification number, D-24, on his fuselage. Thundercracker looks great. I think he looks even better than Starscream.

Two questions:
1) are the hips limited by waist plates?
2) is there still a chance of the double hinge for folding up the wings stressing and breaking open?

Does anyone know the Toys R Us SKU number or UPC? My closest stores are an hour away in either direction. Hopefully, they become available on the website.

Soooooooooooo is this out in the US right now? I'm confused as to if the member of the board is a US native? Or if he's across the pond, hoping its out in the states, will have to go visit the local TRU today.

Wow. This looks a lot better than the Starscream and Skywarp previously released. I will have to get this to complete the 3.

Interesting. Some of the apps are kind of cheesy, but I guess they add character. Overall, it looks great!

SS and TC are the only ones with red optics. As for Skywarp, his optics are yellow (kind of makes you want to paint them to red.)
And will he have Starscream's faces as well.

My mistake. I misinterpreted what you said. I feel like a loser.
Thundercracker does have a retooled head. Compare MP 11 to Thundercracker and enjoy. His face is not just Starscream. If you have him, American Skywarp, and the new MP-11, no double faces.

I'm excited to get this US Masterpiece. The details are almost a bit too much, but I like that they gave thought to these kinds of extras.

I checked the TRU in Huntington, WV, and they don't have him yet. I will check the one in Charleston, WV, which is much nicer, tomorrow.
