Japanese toy magazine Quanto has had an article in their latest released edition about the upcoming Transformers RobotMasters toy line. fantofan.jp has placed the article on their site, and has translated the following from the magazine:

Earth, The year 2004, with permission from Earth's government, the Autobots have built "Scramble City" in a designated remote area when they were attacked by the Decepticons, as Optimus Prime (Convoy) rally the Autobots to meet the Decepticons, he noticed there was something different with the attackers this time. Amid the Transformers in Jet mode and military weapons mode, there are unregistered Transformers in Dinosaur mode...
Heralding a new era of Transformers in car, jet, dinosaur and many other modes, Robotmasters will be set in a new world, fighting for a new form of energy "SOLUTRIUM".
With all new original story telling the struggle between the Decepticons aiming for world domination and Autobots fighting to keep peace and freedom. To be found on the special DVD (expected to come with wave 1#10 G1 Convoy special pack).
