A new TV commercial for the Pontiac Solstice has surfaced. The commercial promotes the car as well as the contest being run, previously featured in Maxim magazine, to allow one winner to attend the hollywood premiere of the Transformers Movie with Megan Fox.

The commercial also features scenes of Jazz from the film, including one quick shot of his robot mode in front of what appears to be a car dealership. Check out the commercial on Youtube here

Megan is a Fox, the car looked hot, and it was a nice glimpse of Jazz.

However the line "Killer of Decepticons" isn't sitting well with me.

I work in auto advertising, and have driven plenty of these. With that I'm pretty sure if I owned one and went up against a Decepticon in it, it would be my last.

I now know that the transformer getting out of the pool from the many trailers was most likely Jazz after seeing this commercial. Somehow he ends up in front of a dealership and like a googly eyed Pontiac enthusiast sees the car that he takes the form of for his alternative mode. Hurray!! 3 more commercials and I probably wont have to see the movie...wait what?! =/ *sigh*

Sorry, but I really don't find Megan Fox to be all that hot. I mean, she's pretty, but not really my cup of tea.

Personally, I love the last line "killer of Decepticons." It's an odd, yet interesting touch!

A little piece of information given is that it seems that Transformers finally got rated to PG-13, before I only noted "Film not rated"

this was a car commercial,not a TF ad, but the car is not very appealing to the male crowd on its own which is why they resorted to trying and selling it through her and the transformers movie.

Also, she's not stereotypically hot...being attractive is a universal thing...theres not a specific way to be attractive...either you are, or your not...i dont understand why you have so much against this woman

i like how they call megan fox the "star of the film" at the end of the commercial.... i'd never heard of her before she signed on to this movie, and i doubt anyone is going to it to see Ms. Fox. hell, the only "star" of the movie in this commercial is Jazz.

Well i guess she will probably be rather annoying in what will end up being one of my fave movies, and i think it would have been a whole lot better without this rookie "actress" in one of the leading roles clogging up screen space.

I guess we both dont understand something then, since i dont understand why everyone here is drooling over her and creaming themselves for her.

And you are gonna tell me what real women are in the real world? So you have more experiance do you despite the fact that i have taken age old sacred vowes of marriage, flew around the globe to be with the one i love and sacrificed everything just to be with her?

Your vision of the world is really warped my friend. The average women does not like like her, not by a long shot, hence why i dont think shes all that. If the average woman did look like her, there would be alot more hollowood bimbos around i can tell ya.

I'm not sure how one would go about finding the average appearance of all womankind but when you take into consideration population statistics I seriously doubt you'd get a 21 year-old, 5'6", weight/height proportionate, tanned caucasian with blue eyes, straight teeth, and 34C-26-24 measurements. Maybe if you were averaging Playboy Playmates though?

honestly, i dont know where you guys live or what type of women are attracted to you, but megan fox is what women look like whether you want to admit it to yourselves or not. The fat and super thin females of the world are NOT what women are supposed to look like, im sorry if you feel that just because the majority of people dont take care of themselves it means that the ones who do are "fake" and "bimbos" :rolleyes:

I hate to say this, and I wasnt going to bring it up, but im willing to bet that the majority (see: not all) of the people who are against the way megan fox looks are the same people who cant get a girl who looks like her...

Megan is hot, but I don't think she's beautiful... She's got that more playboy look, not so much the lovely, adoring features like Beyonce. It's a different kind of pretty, not so much the kind that I look up to

Beyond just liking my girlfriend, etc., I just don't find Megan Fox to be all that attractive. No, she's not ugly, but she's not a goddess either. Just a pretty face for the movie. Outside my girlfriend and all that stuff, I would have to say that Jessica Simpson in the Dukes of Hazard movie is what I would rate as "hot." Now, do I think that this is what women are "supposed to look like"? Hell no!

but let's be honest why she was SLAPPED in this movie...................to drawing horndog in to this movie for the insurance of extra bank. I would have preferred, as much as I am a brunette lover, a nice blond type to play Carly.
