Junior organiser of the Toys 'R' Us 2006 Transformers Fan Event has sent us the following infomation regarding this years event!

The 2006 Transformers Fan Event
Date: Saturday, July 1st, 2006
Time: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Toys “R†Us, Westfield Shoppingtown, 330 Brandon Town Center Blvd, Brandon, Florida 33511
Florida’s premiere Transformers fan festival has returned to Toys “R†Us for the last time. Join us as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of "Beast Wars: Transformers", the opening of our brand new web site at Transfancon.com, and a beginning of new chapter in our history!
Fun for all ages, the 2006 Transformers Fan Event features an assortment of activities and contests: new Cybertron: Primus Unleashed, Titanium, and Alternators toys from Hasbro, as well as vintage toys from The Toy Addict. Thanks to sponsors such as Reprolabels.com, Read More Comics, the Transformers Collector’s Club, and Chick-fil-A, we will offer over $1,000 prizes & giveaways. Best of all, admission to our event is FREE to everyone!
Located in the greater Tampa Bay metropolitan area, fans will find the area offers visitors an explosion of educational, entertaining and cultural attractions. With family venues such as zoos, aquariums, theme parks, and a climate that allows for outdoor activities year-round, it's no wonder families love Tampa Bay. The area is home to such favorites as Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, the Museum of Science & Industry and Lowry Park Zoo to name a few. Plus, the world famous theme parks in Orlando are only about 45 minutes drive from Tampa so you can easily make a fun family vacation out of your Transformers experience.
