The Transformers Facebook page has updated with a picture of NYCC Exclusive Transformers Prime Bumblebee and Arcee Collector's set. The set features Bumblebee in NYC taxi deco while Arcee has a G1 pink deco. The set also comes with Raf and Jack mini-figures sporting NY shirts. The image is mirrored below.

The Autobots are in a New York state of mind! New York Comic Con attendees will be able to pick up this amazing HasbroToyShop.com Transformers Prime Special Edition Collector's Set this Thursday through Sunday at Booth #302 at the show (while supplies last). It features Deluxe-scale Arcee in G1 colors, Bumblebee in NYC taxi cab deco, and mini-figures of Raf and Jack sporting NY shirts!

I'm happy to see that the Prime toyline is getting more of such promotions, but unless these characters suddenly start donning these color schemes in the show, I'll be getting the regular versions.

Err... I think I liked Arcee more in Blue.

But repaints before the Originals are out? Shouldn't it normally be the other way around?

On this picture it's difficult to see Acey's face.

Hey, that's a pretty cool set. I do like Arcee in blue, but it's cool that we'll get both versions.

I like those 'bot modes too. Bumblebee's shoulders are huge compared to his waist, but it works for me somehow.

I'll have to scratch out that awful "NYC" on the doors and put "Boston" on there though! :twisted:

the mistransformed arcee kinda looks meh, but I think its because its not fully transformed right. but im digging bee as a ny taxi cab.

Sorry...still kind of new around here but wondering why buying from the HTS would be "frustrating"? Limit quantities? or something worse?

The server(s) they run the store on can easily handle the demand for 363 days worth of traffic. However, on the SDCC (and now NYCC) days, they get, easily, ten times the traffic, and it is a chore to get things processed.

Not necessarily. You're dead on, but I'm talking about the scene after Sam is evacuated from the forest, and Megatron and Starscream discuss further plans. The other two movies didn't have them have a conversation on a rooftop (sorta the first one, but that was a dam, not a roof :-B

Yeah, but the two of them standing on a roof together isn't something so significant that ROTF holds claim to it.
