Special Charity TF Auction in aid of the New Orleans Katrina Disaster

David Ravenscroft of TFauctions.com has sent us the following e-mail regarding a Special Charity TF Auction in aid of the New Orleans Katrina Disaster on the 10th September 2005.

Tfauctions.com are very proud to announce that we have joined forces with Hasbro and will be running a special charity auction this coming Saturday 10th Sept in aid of the New Orleans Katrina disaster.

All money obtained from the winning bidder will be sent direct to the Red Cross to help those who lost everything in the aftermath of Katrina. The staff at TFauctions.com have also pledged to top up the final amount by donating $50 to the final total.

Up for auctions is a box crammed full of transformers goodies. Hasbro have kindly donated figures to us and we have some alternators going in there as well as a one off piece of fan art from up and coming TF artist, Alex Carmen. This box will basically be cram packed with transformer goodies. In addition Reprolabels have also confirmed they will be donating their awesome â€˜factionâ€™ symbols to the winning bidder.

Weâ€™re hoping that this auction goes well because as I'm sure you will all agree it is going to an extremely worthy cause. The winning bidder will be sent an official letter from the Red Cross confirming that all money has been received by the charity.

This auction will run for 10 days and the winning bidder can pay via paypal, cheque or postal order. Once the money has cleared it will then be passed on to the Red Cross Katrina fund.
