From what I remember War Breakdown couldn't be released because it couldn't pass the US drop tests. I doubt that's changed 10 years later but stranger things have happened.
They..... don't do that with this Selects style of packaging.
Maybe it's a change? I hope it's not two Legion Class figures that due to inflation and limited production are being sold together at the Deluxe price point. Then again the box does say, Deluxe Figure not Deluxe Figures.
Where are you seeing that? I see Deluxe Class in the upper left, with no mention of figure or figures, the same way it does on the Selects Cordon and Spinout package.
The multilingual text in the bottom-right corner begins with "Includes figure, accessories, labels, and instructions."
That's "figure" as in singular.
Thanks, I couldn't make that portion out, however, the reference to labels is giving me pause. For shits and giggles I checked out all the Selects packaging, specifically the micromaster 4-pack and sure enough it is accurate, 4 figures and instructions, no reference to accessories or labels. All the others I have so far are single figures with varying numbers of accessories and the # of accessories is correct to the exact number of accessories. None came with or referenced labels.
So I'm thinking it is either 1 of 2 possibilities. 1) The text is accurate and there is only 1 figure with a set of labels to make it either War Breakdown or a Vehicon? (Which makes zero sense to me.) or 2) this is placeholder/standard verbiage that they forgot to update to be accurate and we right back where we started.
