You've never seen The Great Escape? It's one of the definitive World War II movies of all times, THE definitive POW movie, and even better - it's based on a true story... It's like "Zulu" or "Spaceballs", it's one of those movies that it's just hard to believe someone hasn't seen...

The year they dropped all three from the BBC sparked the infamous Christmas riot in Guildford of 1983. It was horrific, at least 3 bins were kicked over. Pretty sure the area still hasn't recovered.
