greenie isnt even level 11.

level 10 and 11, and frankly 9 are all identical anyway since those last few stats in skill, int, and rank do nothing. (well int is debateable for fallen missions).

so as ive said before, might as well just change all the 10's to 11's for the missions.

well if i could upgrade stats above 10 he would be

but since the most stats you can have is 100 it's impossible to get above lvl 11

I probably didn't notice but ... can our level 11's enter that mission? I saw the limit still as 4-10, never stopped to look to see if Gore could actually join it though.
