What's even odder though is that i timed out and gave the victory to the Pred, and NOT the Bots or Maxi's

This happened to me it timed out and i had 54% left and he had 4% so how did the decepticon win

Its a well known bug. As the game was only designed to accommodate bots and cons, the addition of the preds and maxis has screwed with the time-out scripts so the winner in a tied bout with a flesh-factioner is always from the wrong faction.

You could just not use the arena... :WHISTLE:
