Marvel Studios seems to only be able to make films based on media owned by Marvel, and Transformers isn't one of those properties. And the Paramount owns the rights to the Transformers movie series.OptimalOptimus2 wrote:Now this is just a thought, but I think that the Transformers films should be in the hands of Marvel Studios.
But that isn't to say that the writers/directors that Marvel Studios has hired to make the Marvel movies are out of the question.
Well it was just a thought. I would really love to see the Transformers meeting the Avengers.

One for each year of the Movieverse's decade strong tenure. Here's to a few more explosive years!

I'm glad to see some people appreciate what it's meant for in these movies.
On another note Lucy was a awesome movie. By far the brain-iest movie this year.

The one thing I hated about Lucy was how they kept treating the "We only use 10% of our brains" myth as if it were fact. Otherwise, it was a decent movie IMO.

Well they said it was 10-15% and that it was strictly hypothetical.

Wouldn't that be quite the plot twist. "I have unlocked all of my brai-- *collapses and has a fit*

chivesbot20 wrote:Quick question…. where do all of the other autobots go During Optimus Galvi and Lockdowns battle? It really confused me with that part. And Stinger?
You also have to consider that you are Transformers savvy. You're used to this kind of TF stuff having been accustomed to it by external fiction and are more familiar with it as a more-than-casual fan. Ordinary non-fan moviegoers and critics, however, aren't as well versed in all this as we are, so it's not that surprising for any of them to get confused by or lost in all the stuff going on in this movie, and there is, without question, a LOT that goes on in this movie.SlyTF1 wrote:Saw it for the fifth time, yesterday. I actually kind of felt its length, this time. I'm still glad it's almost 3 hours long, though. I now, however can see how some people might have gotten confused by all that was going on. But, that's still no excuse to stop paying attention.
