I had him. It showed up, I added it to my cart (I was already signed in), and then it said "Sorry, blah blah blah"

The prices on ebay are already ridiculous. One of the sellers has 2 available, another has 4. I wish that Amazon or Hasbro would put a purchase limit on these so that the scalpers can't rape our wallets. Oh well, at least it shows Hasbro what the demand is, which will hopefully cause them to manufacture enough to meet that demand.

They sure did with the SDCC exclusive Transformers: Prime Optimus Prime (still in stock for $20 on HTS last time I checked), so hopefully Unicron will be no different and being patient will pay off as it did with him.

re: unicron --this is what I get for wanting it so much, the day I say, I definitely want it, no going back, it goes up for sale early. I was reading the story/headline with the out of the box pics, posted, went to bed, now this. Hope he turns back up and that they order enough. Awesome fig.

edit: wait, looking at the box & seeing the Decepticon symbol - forgive my ignorance, but technically does Unicron have no faction?? :???:

This figure looks so beautiful! If only I had enough space to get this. Its lower price makes it more tempting (my parents would never let me spend that much on a single figure, though).

Ordered! This is why I'm waiting for the new MP Optimus. Hopefully, Hasbro will use online vendors for exclusives more. Rodimus was the last straw with TRU.

Man, I tried to order him when he was available, but had to leave for a minute before I could finish. I came back to finish (keep in mind he was in my cart) but they were all gone. I was away for about 10 minutes. Ended up buying him from YaHobby. damn near paid double the price, but I wanted him, so........... now I gotta play the waiting game. Sometimes it could take almost a month for my stuff to get here from them, but the items are always packed great and in great shape.
