An old friend has returned

I think I'll just leave now and hope I'm out of range before they notice I'm gone.
Anyway, would there be the possibility of having robot modes as purely aesthetic, without any ability? I always liked them, I thought they added to the far to sparse RPG aspect of the game.

I suggested this pretty much from the get-go.

You can buy them just like any other weapon, but you need a bot with 4 Firepower and 3 Skill to use it.

Balancing the game(10)
additional staff who can do stuff(4)
Increased Roster limits(4)
Gestalts!!(4)
multiple-sided battles(2)
robot modes(2)
Clan System
More Tactics
alt stealing
Wierd minicon effects
Gimmicks
Dual weilding
Comprehensive mission lists for all factions
Multi team member missions
Health in HP not %
Triplechangers
kremzeek does not appear on the list, unless you fit him in under "gimmicks" and even then he's not nearly as popular as balancing the game, somthing kremzeek at present massively undermines.

I've spent along **** time sorting out the weapons so that they'd balance, so that people would have the freedom to choose weapons that where characterful, Glyph tried and failed, AS tried and failed, OS didn't even bother
YOU are not a team player discharge, you're very selfish and you're only in here to score xp of you're allies. you're stoked that the HMW weapon system is now MORE BROKEN THAN IT HAS BEEN AT ANY TIME IN HMW'S HISTORY.

i'm tired of being shot in the back by chaoslock.
I'm tired of people being happy that the game is broken.

And I've been in the arena only in the last 13 hours to satisfy my Kremzeek addiction. Before I enter missions, I change my weapons.

He'll play with it, get bored, get shouted at by everyone his kremzeek (s) betray, and then sell them (or keep them in inventory).
Can't wait to see what it'll do to the tournie. It'll certainly make things a bit more interesting.
They should write that into the weapon's description as one of its special effects; 'pisses Tammuz off to no end'

1) My intention is for HMW to be fun; F-U-N. If I have to sacrifice a little bit of balance to make it fun, so be it. In HMW's case, I am more than happy to have 1 + 1 = 2ish if I can see the majority having fun with what I do.
2) As much as some wish it weren't the case, HMW's features are controlled by one person: me. What I decide gets added/removed isn't decided by X people wanting it over Y people wanting something else. I decide if I'm able to add something. That doesn't mean I don't listen. Some great ideas come from the players, but in the end it's my fingers on the keyboard that makes things happen.
3) Kremzeek is in it's current form because of two reasons. The first being that I need to see that little bugger in action. It's one thing to look at the code, but I'm the kind of guy who likes seeing the end result. With any luck and skill it'll be this little guy that spurs the next growth of HMW. The second was that I like a little chaos every now and then. It keep things interesting. I do intend to look at the xp/energon side of Kremzeek as soon as I can. Actually I think I've already dealt with it, but I need upload privileges again to make it happen.
