The designers just had to have his right arm end in a stub with a spinning gimmick on his cannon leaving him with a big gun on a "amputated arm".
While his left arm is the only one to have a fist... but because of the way the elbow is designed, it is horribly loose and i can't even get good poses with a gun in it without it rattling out of position and ruining posing potential.
I hate this apsect of this figure
