I think this will be fun to hear, and I am going to expand on the original version I am basing this on.

If you could make your own wave of Transformers Legacy, to make your dream wave of figures, what characters would you put into it? Let's go with:

3 Cores
4 Deluxes
2 Voyagers
1 Leader
1 Commander
1 Titan

And let's add a bonus section to this. With your choices above, what 3 Generations Selects figures would you repaint from your choices, also your "Dream Exclusives?"

Hey guys, did y'all ever finish your chug retrospective? Also what are yalls thoughts on Botcon / Club exclusives now. The club put out a lot of product and most of it seems like it doesn't really fit with anything. Do you still display any of it?

I'll address this part here, since this was in my thoughts the other day before even seeing this post. We made it up to around Thrilling 30, and chances are pretty good that we'll cover up through 2013 in the pretty near future. Not 307 soon, but soon. Combiner Wars is probably old enough now to also cover, but beyond that would, to me, start to feel much too recent - though I can be convinced otherwise

That's fine. I must have missed an episode some where. I would agree with you about the other stuff being too recent. The only reason I could see doing the combiner wars is because of the new Stunticons.

Mr. Starscream once again getting me to consider purchases i had pushed to the back of my mind. Fingers crossed on my eBay purchase of the Megatron squirt gun. I got a crazy deal i couldn't say no to. We will see if customs and the ATF will let it slide, if not, someone get some bail money together...

We have had G1 repaints of Movie toys since 2007. Would you, as I do, like to see more G1 reissue repaints in Movie color schemes? Other than the Green Ratchet and Black Ironhide that were previously released.

- Nightwatch or Rusty / Scrapyard for G1 Prime
- Grey with tattoos G1 Starscream
- Metallic silver Soundwave or Jazz
- Black, grey and orange Hot Rod

What repaint/new head retool of a figure impressed you the most or made you appreciate the mold more than the original figure? I was thinking Titans Return Quake really surprised me with how different it felt from Hardhead, for example.

Evening all,

A fans challenge.

You are tasked with continuing the G1 story in original animated style (like Netflix did with Masters of the Universe). You can retcon and change whatever you like, but episodes up to and including the 1986 Movie must stand. You can draw on existing stories/ lore or forge a new path.

For example - maybe season 3 stands up to rebirth(which you scrap). Maybe Overlord comes in and defeats Galvatron and Shockwave steals him away to reformat him as Super Megs for a later series? Maybe Rodimus abdicates for a new Matrix holder/ Prime…and if you have to Bring Optimus back (for toy sales) he comes back as Powermaster Prime…

Bit of fun to pass the time perhaps!?

A challenge for the podcast - what if you were able to continue G1 (like Netflix did with Masters of the Universe). The twist is that you can pick up from any point (but not before the 1986 Movie). You can draw on any existing stories/ lore or create something completely new.

Just heard the G1 repaint discussion, lol.
Great suggestion though P, with the Barricade redeco.
That would be interesting , IMHO, on the Siege mold.

Otherwise, another great round folks!
I am still in love the most with the concept of Night Watch and/ or Scrapyard/ Rusty G1 Prime.
Although, thinking about it now, how about pulling from neo-G1 to apply to the G1 molds?
Example from me would be SG or Nemesis Prime in the G1 mold.
SG Hotrod or SG Screamer in their G1 molds would look great as well.

And lastly to answer the podcast inquiry, no, I have not been driven off, lol.
Scotty was correct on that one. I enjoy it all and appreciate the in depth conversation!

Thanks to HasLab Star Saber and Deathsaurus I've finally gotten into watching the (subbed) anime (after trying the first episode of Victory I decided to go start with Headmasters as, man, I've never seen an anime that anime'd so hard!). So I've been wondering: if you were in the position to make it happen, which Japanese TF series would each member of the pod crew remake/adapt in English with modern animation?

Also...what's the deal with no MP Mirage? This Formula 1 fan wants his super zoomy guy!

Also also: why does Mr Starscream say "Rise of the Best" when talking about the new movie? I even heard him stop himself from saying the proper name!

As this semester of college is finally letting up and I am trying to go back to being a regular Twincast listener and question asker. I figured I would help improve moral and stop the beatings by asking a couple questions.

#1 What other transformers would you like to see at the core class scale in Legacy personally, I would like to see core class Constructcons to fight the Dinobots.

#2 With IDW's reign on Transformers comics coming to an end in the coming week what are some found memories you have of the IDW TF runs. I know I have a lot of them especially since IDW transformers books were some the first comics I ever read. Mine would probably be doing comic reviews of the 2nd IDW continuity for this very site. An opportunity I am incredibly thankful to Scotty for especially since the opportunity came at rough time during my life.

Over the last couple of episodes y'all have been talking about the IDW comics, and when you do it always seems to come back to how great the More Than Meets The Eye book was. Could you maybe cover some of the highlights in general, and tell us what were the best parts to you?

With Legacy giving us a bunch of reimagined pretenders, what would you you all think if Hasbro did a line that had the articulation and polish of Marvel legends of g.i. Joe classified but used it mostly for pretender shells and action masters? R.E.D. has not been used for those characters nor does it have the articulation. Ultimates doesn't seem to have the articulation and only has two in that group. It could even include articulated beast modes.

Bonus: what about gunrunne and roadgrabber as triple changers?

Hola,

Siege/ Kingdom Leader Ultra Magnus led to a SS86 Commander Class version.

Siege/ Kingdom Leader Optimus Prime is leading to SS86 Commander version in 2024.

What are the chances of a new Rodimus Prime bearing in mind that the Kingdom version was already a Commander class. What could they/ should they improve - what do you think could have been done better?
