I noticed they advertise here. Has anyone ordered from this store before? Are they reputable?

I ordered my Binaltech Red Meister, Binaltech Ravage and Binaltech Laserwave from them and in all 3 cases the service was excellent. They take a lot of care when packing your order (they use a mixture of polystyrene sheets and newspaper to fill any spaces) and the delivery time was never more than 2 weeks for anything I ordered. I found their prices to be quite competitive too (although do shop around because some places offer free postage and packaging).

Even if they aren't, their advertising dollars will go a long way towards the censorship of any posts stating they are.

(Just kidding. I found their prices very reasonable.)

How are their shipping rates, what with them being in Hong Kong and all?

That's what I wanna know. I'm planning on buying a Superlink Laserwave from them to add to my collection cuz they have him for a decent price but I don't wanna pay $20+ for S&H.

i actually have used them quite frequently. Their prices are fair and they pack very well.

of course the caveat: shipping from HK is expensive. If you are ordering japaneses exclusives this for the most part evens out. I.e. Binaltechs, the newer ones are priced through them at ~24.95(estiamte i dont remember) however shipping is going to be ~21usd, and shipping will take atleast a week. In my mind that is comparable to say BBTS where the prices are typically more expensive and shipping less.

Again, it all depends on what you are ordering. I do not recommend using them for Hasbro formers if you are in the U.S. purely because shipping is so expensive, and the item will be more readily available.
