It' about survival. I can't control how many cons join a mission after me, but if I see a 3/4+ of cons in a mission and 0 bots, I try and avoid it.

I am more or less the same. I usually click the mission to see what levels are in there. Since there is only a handful of bot commanders support is limited.

This week with the Bun vs Wingz war, I am slightly more strategic on my deployments. Putting my weaker bots into what I think they will be more productive. I'm sure I could just roll the dice and toss my weak level 3 into a hell mission and gain a weeks worth of xp or get taken out by a 1 on 9 mugging, receiving nothing for my time. The latter is typically the outcome. #botproblems

My problem with the wabbit hunting is most of the con commanders I face are active in playing but not posting. I would get a kill here and there but not count. I think there is an idea floating around about using some of the non posting members as drones in the future tournament.

That would be a good idea, if you ask me. The lurkers need to be put to good use!

If we were perfectly organized, we could set up certain teams, for example, three commanders set aside a rammer, repairer, and strafer (or other type of team) and agree to put them in the same mission at a certain time. Hard to do though.
My typical strategy is just to provide backup, occasionally jumping in alone.

For my own team, I have 3 repair, five ram, and 4 strafe. They are either paired with avoid or pure. I have also been trying to get my L2 up to L3 with the exception of Long Legs who is [tag] which should restart after the tourney is done. As for timing and organization, we can try it. I still say, servant, the rng likes us working together.

Wingz and I have been trying get the bots/maximals organized since I came back. We created a facebook chat to get people in, it's mostly Wingz, Steve, Sumo once in a while, and myself. Posting here works sometimes, the facebook chat is better way to communicate posting mission links to get quick support. The forum here is only so good for quick support, by the time its posted the mission is long gone. We can plan here and get organized, if people post. There are only a handful of posters. I am all for getting organized and have people in missions, since that has been the bots issue for years.

Are you saying you don't remember the days where the RDD used AIM to organize against the bots?

Didn't say that at all. We use the chat for mission support. It is way faster then the forum.

I thought I was pretty clear about that.

We did well in the bunny hunt. This proved if we can get even numbers we should do well. Too bad wingz was MIA for most of it. I was basically out of commission Sunday and Monday but still pleased with my own results. I think white noise was the one I picked on the most.

Agreed that we've proven some good teamwork, especially in the Sumo/SoL pairing, and OP007 and I had a some good bouts too.

I will blame work. Sundays are busy between work and church. Monday was mostly work and didn't get anything posted in time.

My MIA comment was aimed at Wingz' absence than yours, considering it's supposed to be the Wingz/Wabbit war.

Sadly, being a bot of very low level - I rarely actually see any other bots out there and usually end up getting trashed in a 3+ v 1 situation. Or just not going into a mission at all

If you don't mind me asking Amelie, what sort of times do you usually send bots into missions?

I would have thought that you'd have seen Sumowrestler's team about in missions unless you're on at a different time to him....

If her real life location is true, her and I will be on very rarely at the same time. It also depends on her level since I am mostly L3 now even though I do the L1-3 missions. Okay, I do whatever missions I see available.

Location is only one factor, the time we choose to play is another. I'm in the UK and see you about plenty Sumo.
