Guys, I don't really get where Machine Wars fits in. When did it happen? Was it part of G2? Did it happen later and just re-purpose some G2 toys?

Machine Wars happened either right before Beast Wars started, or shortly after. It was only one wave (pretty big though), KB exclusive, and accompanied by NO fiction whatsoever. Since then they've been shoehorned into continuity (don't know exactly how) and the figures mostly (all?) from Europe only released G2 molds.

Anyone add or correct me if I'm wrong

I'm totally with you on that. My only complaint with Legends Huffer is the head - it could be a bit bigger. Otherwise, this is a positively fun re-imagining of the character.
