It was, EXTREMELY difficult getting Strafe to stay up there. Still, this shot was worth it.

I've been trying to figure out where to post this joke. I figured this would be the best place.

Disclaimer: Just trying to have a laugh y'all. Don't take this too seriously.

So I have been trying to figure out why I don't need ANY of of those ugly AOE Dinobots.
Then I remembered...

I think they are Dinozaurs.

Those would be Bandai's Dinozaurs figures. Transforming (in-accurate) dinosaur fossils, with chrome and clear plastic. Nothing else. The main Dinos came in two flavors: regular good guys called Dino Knights, and pretooled evil clones called Drago Clones. The ones in the pic are:

Dino Tyranno (called Dino T-Rex in the toy line)
Dino Tricera
Dino Saber
Dino Brachio

Drago Stegus
Drago Dactyl

Yes Bandai Dinozaurs circa 1998(US)

They are AWFUL! and that's why I like them.
The minute the AOE guys hit the shelf, I thought of these.

Although I'm not a big fan of movie stuff, I'm sure the AOE DBs are way cooler than these.
They are Takara made after all.

I like Lockdown's design in AoE, but there's an over the top appeal that the ROTF HFTD figure has that I just prefer. I'll probably see if I can get the new one when it comes out here though.
