You can't be serious. Miko constantly caused trouble for no reason other than she has the IQ of a wet ball of yarn. Mikaela saved Sam from Frenzy, and carried Bumblebee into battle on a tow truck.

And she hasn't been hired back at all. Transformers 4 has an entirely different human cast this go around. Heck the thread title was that she isn't coming back.

Also, why the Shia hate? I thought he was one of the consistently good actors in the movies (aside from Peter Cullen and Hugo Weaving of course).

Well, thank you for confirming how some people actually LIKE his acting. I mean, to begin with, his movie character (Sam) is pretty pointless. He's like BB's pet human, and I swear his only role in the last movie was to CRY while BB was almost executed. I'm sorry, but IMO, he's easily replaceable by any other actress. It's not that he did a bad acting job, per se, but that his character is so boring and repulsive to me. He attempts to be an action star in the last movie and I think he pulls it off badly. I don't know how to describe it, but Shia just looks ridiculous on the screen - like a little kid pretending to be a tough guy the entire time -- it's cute for a while, but after an hour, you want to strangle that kid and his parents for giving THAT much confidence.
Dude, I just don't need grown "men" crying over impending robo-execution. The scene was seriously over-the-top, in the kind of comic-book-dorkiness you should be embarrassed to tell people about. Plus, like I said earlier, his irritating screams and pleas throughout the movies are MADDENING. This is an action movie, right? I understand Spyke calling for help (teenage kid, or young man), but Shia never struck me as a teenager - he just looks like a grown man who's constantly belching out orders and being otherwise useless.
"SHOOT HIM, BEE! SHOOT HIM SHOOT HIM SHOOT HIM!!!!" I think BB would have been doomed if not for Shia riding shotgun on that highway! BRAVO!
