Could one of you be Rei Jinn? Come on!
@ Rei
If Sid burn is such a do*chebag, Post it here with your real name or use your ebay name Rei Jinn and give your side of the issue. You kind of lost the PR war with your snarky response at ebay.
You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar right?
Btw, I also don't know much about Sid burn other than his posts but can also relate to an experience in ebay concerning do*chebag vendors in ebay, whether they be from Singapore, England or the US.
Though there are a lot of great sellers too! Puerto Rico USA, Greece,UK,Holland,Hungary and Hong Kong. So when shopping, there's always a risk involved.
Edit:
Also forgot to add among the great purchases I got from ebay, Japan. I also managed to directly buy a lot of my TF stuff from the Philippines (but only 1 from ebay......no hitch either)

here is a hint, I warned him I would be letting fellow collectors know about this incident so it wont happen again.
to those debating whether or not my ebay feedback makes me a reliable source, let me ask you, what is the motivation for posting this in the first place?
a warning is just that, take it or not. If Rei_Jinn DOES end up screwing you over a transaction issue because you ignored the issues others have had with him, you will have no one to blame but yourself.
Why dont you read the above posts from these mysterious new accounts and tell me if this is the kind of seller who you would trust.

Okay, to all other members, take Sids remark as a constructive warning. But as joeysayso also opined, not hook, line and sinker. To get both sides, look at the link It is Him posted.
Be the judge.
@ Rei
You could have cleared the issue right there and there by posting /registering as Rei and not a pseudonym....it looks kind of dumb.
Me?
What's my take? Well I had several encounters with snarky vendors who more than often are quite insulting when you do an ebay inquiry. They like already pre judge you based on your country of origin. So I kind of feel for Sid. Though I do the honey approach first before going pardon the pun Postal. But there are other vendors who act like a stuck up constipated @ssholes.....so there's the rub.
If your concern is feedback, I for one am quite a patient buyer. Given how wacked the world is concerning security when screening parcels, buyers should also give the vendors some slack.........they no longer control the speed of delivery......unless you are willing to pay FedEx rates.
Also, buyers should expect to pay the appropriate taxes. Not sure if Ben Frank said this but there are only two things in life that are a surity.....................Death and Taxes.

If one of those new accounts is, in fact, Rei, he should be given the opportunity to defend himself publically since he was called out publically. I think many here would be interested in hearing his side. Particularly the part of rust on a $120 figure that wasn't mentioned in the auction's description.
I think, at best, most here think he is a douche based on some of the terrible feedback left on his auctions. Instead of making a fool of yourself, now is your chance to set the record straight from your end.

I am a seller on eBay as well.
Usually when tracking numbers are involved it is because you filed an item not received case. Now mind you I am only going off the initial post which is all I need because anytime a person files "item revived but not as described case" usually you can get eBay and PayPal to side with you. The only thing that happened is the seller can refund upon item returned. If you received an item that was not as described Ebay usually has you send the item back. This is where the tracking comes into play on your end. I really think you filed the wrong type of case because for them to rule in his favor for an item not as described will never happen.
As a seller I had this happen to me twice. One scrupulous seller tat bought a perfect condition Classics Ironhide filed that type of case. The email that is sent to the seller form Ebay basically puts the ball in the buyer courts as when you get the email it pretty much tells you to either refund, partial refund, or try to wok it out with the buyer. The first tie it happened the buyer wanted a partial refund and refused to send the item back. I found out that was game directly from eBay. The second time it happened I put the breaks on another seller who buys and does a switcharoo saying it is damaged. He even threaten me with a negative and eBay saw it in the message. The case never went through.
Usually it's 50/50 with item not received but on the seller end a tracking number using the PayPal shipping system will back the seller and usually if it is shipped and notification from the USPS has been received as accepted and shipped with record they will rule in the favor of the seller.
As for "item not as described" they send the seller the email that pretty much doesn't give much leeway to the seller. So I am thinking you filed an "item not received" type of case and not an "item not as described" case.
