That is hard to define...everyone thinks they are "real" collectors and everyone who disagrees with them are not.
Cybershark wrote: Im talking at least get a few polls out on the major Transformer sites with some choices of molds etc. Its not that difficult to at least try that.Cybershark wrote:we need actual new molds or at least 1 new mold per show.
I don't think this is a realistic expectation. A new mold is a bit much.
Cybershark wrote: No it is NOT a bit much. They know about the show, the show generates money. Molds can be made for a lot less cheaper these days especially coming from Hasbro. Hasbro makes BANK!! Of course they will "claim" that it would be too expensive BUT they can use the mold at a later time in there own lines as well. Its nowhere near out of the realm of possibility. Also Look at 3rd parties, KO companies etc. That wont fly with me Ive been collecting since the 80's and have been around the block collecting and selling toys for years.Cybershark wrote: Hell just to get the 3 bagged sets and the lone bagged toy every year runs you another $350-600 on Ebay after the Con. and thats if you get a decent deal.
You can't really blame the BotCon d00ds or Hasbro for how much people charge on Ebay.
