FunPub also said no Unicron Trilogy molds (that includes Armada, Energon and Cybertron), and Movie molds that appeared in the movie and/or are licensed vehicles are hands-off.

I have a feeling HftD Hailstorm/RtS Mindset will be used for a new character, I'm calling that one, next to Movie Longarm! Now that I'm thinking about it, RtS Lugnut still has an unused alternate head they could use... *hint hint*

Yeah, I totally forgot the 2010 Transformers line #-o

Well, if Unicron Trilogy molds are off limits that throws off our guesses of Cybertron Defense Red Alert and Energon Starscream, meaning we need new picks for Soundwave and the Seekers.

And the 2010 Transformers line gives us answers!

Soundwave: TF2010 Perceptor (in the category, "anybody with a prominent shoulder cannon")

Seekers: TF2010 Terradive/DOTM Space Case (already being used by the club to make Depth Charge)

Sandstorm: TF2010 Tomahawk (though I'd rather have Skyhammer, I suspect a downscale to deluxe is more likely, given how few of these exclusives can afford to be Voyager scale)

Also, Mindmaster... Starscream represented by Skystalker? And you complain about movie Starscream having chicken legs?

I'm surprised no one's thought of the 2010 Terradive yet. With a new head it could make a decent Megatron/Megaplex.

Honestly I too had forgot about him until I saw him on my shelves. I guess he's a non-character from a tertiary line. It's an awesome figure though.

I think no one thought of the space case/t'dive mold because he is the club figure (Depthcharge) but this wouldn't be the first time they reused a club mold in a botcon set!

Actually, if there are only so many new head molds allowed, wouldn't Starscream be a Terradive repaint? The head is in line with Machine Wars Starscream.

Yes, I could see that, with a fairly minor retool. I suggested Terradive before but wasn't confident about its usage because of the trident weapon. But then, the mold is being used by the Club already...

Bets in now: who's the last figure in the box set and the attendee figure?

We have three Autobots and one Decepticon, so more than likely the next one(s) will be Decepticon-allied. Going with either Starscream, Soundwave, or Megatron/Megaplex. Anyone concur?

Don't ever recall Obsidian being confirmed as an Autobot. For all we know, Strika and Obsidian could be rivals in Machine Wars.

We can't even see an Autobot insignia on his BotCon reveal.

That's right, forgot they haven't said anything about his allegiance. But, I have to agree with JelZe by calling out his post in Strika's thread: the pair's main objective was to protect Cybertron, and it appears siding with the Autobots was the choice that appealed to them.

As it currently stands, we have 3 Deluxes and a Voyager. Looking at past sets we still have room for another Voyager or maybe we could even squeeze in a Universe Ultra:

2012: 5 Deluxes, 1 Voyager
2011: 4 Deluxes, 1 Voyager
2010: 3 Deluxes, 1 Voyager, 1 Ultra
2009: 3 Deluxes, 1 Voyager, 1 Ultra
2008: 1 Mini-Con, 3 Deluxes, 2 Voyagers

I wouldn't exclude the possibility of another Deluxe though, but anything goes.

Once again, here are mine:

- Universe Silverbolt as Starscream because of the overall profile
- DotM Skyhammer as Whirl, even if chances to that are slim
- RotF Brawn as Fisitron/Ironfist

True, but when was the last time we've seen an Ultra in retail? For that matter, weren't Voyager line-ups a tad larger in past lines? I'm just saying it's possible due to total size, nothing more.

Hm, we already had Sweeps and Junkions... Paradron Medics? With Arcee as a retool of Blurr? G1 Arcee did look like G1 Blurr with wheels...
