Botmodes for HMW

So can we use these alt modes and bot modes for or HMW characters?If so how?or are these just for fun?Sorry if this is a dumb question.

here are a few i always wanted
i don't know if they can be bot modes,but they could be walkers,but i think they would have finished first to tell.
