It had a halfway decent selection of TLK figures, but I have zero interest in those. As for TR, they had 2 Fort Maxes, and a bunch of older wave TMs, legends, and deluxes. Nothing you couldn't easily find cheaper elsewhere. As for RiD, there were a bunch of Windblades. Pretty sure I don't need to go back there anytime soon. I think for the current wave TR figures I need, I'll just order online.

(For example today I got a Botshot Stunticon (Wildrider or whatever they called Wildrider), a ludicrous AOE Titan Bumblebee & a Prime sword - probably from the smash and change Prime. I also got un-unidentified vintage jumpstarter like robot in the shape of a black Porsche, a Cyberverse Commander Blackout, a One Step AOE Prime (again) and a Robot heroes Jolt.
Think you could a pic of that one?

I'll be amazed if it isn't Runabout.
Anyway, theses tags that have been on the empty pegs at the Walmart nearest work since mid April really make me sad.
They're on TR Legends, Titan Masters, TR Leaders and basically all of the RID pegs except for Warriors. If I'm deciphering that right it doesn't sound like they've got anything on order either. Tags were still there Saturday morning, going on a month now.

Here you go :
Upon closer observation I can now tell that he was a remote controlled robot/vehicle - there is a clipped off cable sticking out on the side - so I guess he had a button to make it sit up and beg to go into robot mode originally.
I think the vehicle mode looks a little like the Porches from Condorman.

But toys cant appear out of thin air. For all 3 lines to be present here with recent waves, it means hasbro had them available and is supplying on all 3 lines at once. Thats all Hasbro can promise to do and they are doing it. But that means, as you suggest, that for your walmart and others to look like this, the retailer must maintain it too. But Hasbro cant enforce and regulate that.

Which is why it's only proof for what the particular store's doing.

It's not any better in the US, bro.

I didn't think SS was that hard to find in the US. I thought he was kinda available in stores. If not, SS is definitely available at the major online stores, but for full MSRP. BBTS and TFSource has it for $46.99.
william-james88 wrote:For some reason, even with my usual aptitude for finding deals, SS has been the only leader so far that couldn't be bought for less than MSRP where I am.

Since SS was at some point available on HTS, I'm sure some folks were able to snag it with the 20% off coupon for signing up for emails. That's the only deal I know of in the US.
I'm with you on finding deals. However, as I expected, my collecting has slowed down. As a result, I'm finding myself paying full price on certain items because I'm less patient with hunting for deals, I use it as filler for free shipping minimums, and/or because overall I'm buying fewer figures. I really wanted SS and ended up paying full price for it. If I'm not mistaken, it helped me get free shipping on a Black Friday deal from TFSource.

US is big place, Hasbro has doodoo distribution, it could be a shelfwarmer in one area but never show up elsewhere. Never seen it, nor Broadside, Voyager OP or Megatron, the Velocitron set, Brawn (legend) or Gnaw, etc. Most of the deluxes eventually showed up, albeit not in massive quantities for some, and no Perceptors.
Meanwhile I still hear people bemoaning the lack of Gears from a couple years ago, but in my area, that thing was EVERYWHERE. I don't get it...
