Foil got his licks in, but he didn't suffer any damage before I shot him. And his previous mission he was stasis locked, so he must have been in the CR chamber.
So to me, it looks like a 1 hit kill.

at treadware's strength, agaist Foils armour and endurance there is a 14.0845% chance of a OHK.
