You know the best part of the shovel? It has about a 12 second recharge time.
After he swings it he's got to wait 12 seconds before it gathers enough rust to be used again.

The shovel needs degenerative powers. We could simulate that by making it temporarily remove armor with each hit. That's totally a thing that can still happen in the game or so I hear.

nah it's what I suspected would happen. I changed them, but it didn't affect those in the field. It should have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 damage.

I'm positive that worked.
Base damage is what a 0 strength (like snowflake) does against END 5 (which neither is) not factoring in Armor the damage should be slightly more than base.
In that mission the most the shovel did was 14 & least (not calculating overkill) was 6... So I'd say it worked.

Howl's Howl are something like that at least its overpowered in my point of view.
It one shot me just like the fusion cannon and it has no reqs.
