The only people who can claim kills on your dude are those who have posted to enter the game, and they have to make the killing blow. Steven Strong rescue was killed by Primehate, one of Burns minions and as he didn't enter the game, it doesn't count as a kill for one of the other players.

Okay, honestly, I don't get what just happened. I reformatted 'Arizona' (Battleship) into 'Highground' (helicopter) for the competition, right? Poured all the available XP into upgrades and none into Tactics to start with. It made him level four and that's how I entered him into the competition. Well, I just put a point into a tactic (Strafe), and the game actually dropped him down to level three! I don't know what's going on...

I jest you not; I reformatted him into Highground with no tactics, made enough XP to add a point to Strafe and when I did, the game actually dropped him down in level.

Oh, bugger, tell me I'm not going to get disqualified because HMW still seems (after fifteen years...) to have more bugs than a new Microsoft Windows version...

Level cap's where it gets weird. By simple upgrades, the XP calculator agrees with the game that he should be level three...

But by the level cap chart posted in the bugs list...

These are all pretty high, and there really isn't a reason why any character should be above these.

Highground should be level four because he's over half-a-million XP above the level three cap, which is part of why I'm confused and concerned...

Edit; I wonder if the fact that Arizona was level four before being reformatted into Highground had anything to do with it...?

The level cap has been broken for a long time....if a tactic is the last upgrade it goes by total upgrades and doesn't check the xp cap....so yes it is another bug.

Blast it all! 'Force Concentration' and 'Fire Disciple' are not dirty words, for cryin' out loud... I wish we still had a programmer so I could ask why TFs are stupid enough to stop attacking an enemy that they've almost killed and move on to another enemy instead of finishing the job and earning the XP, stasis lock, and (in competitions) points...
