This is the HEAVY METAL WAR and as such it is our own world to write our own histories from. Be creative write your own history where you came from and where you're going.
As for me ....
During the First Age deep in the jungles of Cybertron arose a mighty warrior named Maximus Prime (No Relation). He was born of biomechanical materials by an unknown and unseen creator. He was given the knowledge of creation and the desire to multiply. So he gave life to many "Maximals" as he called them and populated the world. For many millenia the Maximals lived in peace in a well structured world.
Then one day their peace was shattered when a group calling themeselves the Decepticons came and brought war to the peaceful world. Unlike the Maximals, the Decepticons were purely mechanical beings. Something the Maximals had not dealt with before. The Decepticons did not come under a banner of peace for the things they needed. They came and murdered, stole and pillaged for the precious resources that Cybertron possessed. The Maximals have been learning quickly about the ways of war.
Now during the Second Age of the war two new factions have emerged on the battlefield. First the Autobots another purely mechanical race came from a planet called Earth to help fight the Decepticons. They had chased the Decepticons from Earth but lost them after chasing them for hundreds of years. They finally found them when a stray Decepticon that had fled from the war was found drifting through space. While they are a disorganized bunch, the Maximals have held a touchy alliance with the Autobots since they joined in the war.
The Decepticons have also learned how to create biomechanical bots by studying the Maximals chemistry. With that discovery they created the Predacons at first to blend in with the Maximals and act as spies and sabateurs. The Maximals, with the help of the Autobot spies, found out about the Predacons after one massive assault by the them in an attempt to mislead the public into thinking that some Maximals had gone to the Decepticon side. The Predacons seeing that they were being used as a tool for the Decepticons freed themselves from the Cons and fight both Maximal and Decepticon alike. They sometimes have short truces with each side, but it is only when it is to their advantage.
Mogwai Prime came online during the end of the First Age when the war very began. He never knew peace and came into the world knowing only the pain that the Decepticons have brought on him. Starting very young in his life Mogwai Prime wanted to learn the ways of a soldier and so he began his training. He trained with mighty hereos such as Primal the Detroyer and Mongo the Wall. He learned from anyone he could and became one of the most respected soldiers in his unit.
Soon it was time for Mogwai Prime to start leading his own units out onto the fields of battle and this is where he became known for his acumen and resiliency in battle. He was instrumental in forming the first of the Dragon Brigades that joined both Dragonbots and soldiers together to form a formidable fighting force. Now he leads his own group of dragonriders. Soon Mogwai's Dragonguard too were among those they called heroes on Cybertron.
So now Mogwai Prime and the rest of the Maximals fight to return the peace that they once had. He enters the field proud to be there with his fellow Maximal and leaves the field honoring those who fought and died for what they believe in.
