The tl;dr version is this: using this forum (Iacon), we must decide as a faction on a team to "capture." Once we've decided who to go for, our mission is to record kills on all 12 members of that person's team. We keep everything to ourselves here until we have recorded all the team members we need. Then the next round starts and we repeat this until a week has passed. There are more details and rules in Psych's thread, so everybody go check it out and sign up now!
Oh, and the prize is we would get to design a new weapon to be included in the Weapons store.
So now, who should our first target be?
Anyone who wants to help bring home a square should clicky the linky Dragonslayer was awesome enough to post and link your team page. 
We should likely choose a target based on the people who sign up. Picking Sustain or Wrath or an even higher level team might be difficult if we only have mid-range levels to SL their team with 
If we get some higher level support to sign up, it'd open up the possibilities to teams with 7s+.
All but one of his guys are level 3.
