I get paid this Thursday, so looks like mine's getting torched next week.

Bus pass, winter gloves, TFs and a GI Joe. Needless to say, I'm not buying anything next week. Hurray for us minimum-wage commandos!

I bought my bus pass last week, and this week can look forward to a bunch of comics which, thanks to the weak dollar, I'll be paying a bit more for.

Oh, before I forget, A3AU had a couple of Universe Silverbolts.

I was going to buy some comics and a sweater, but that'll have to wait.

The Sentinel Primes are gone from the Brossard TRU (South Shore of Montreal). Still no Animated Leaders. Plenty of Animated Voyagers, including Blitzwing.

Forgot to say this before, too, but I found two Animated Sentinel Prime's and a Swoop. Where? At the London Drugs at Valley Fair Mall, of all places.

I wasn't personally there, but a family member spotted the universe 12 pack minicons at the Zellers in Milton for $30. Apparently they also had the leaders legends set for $20. I wasn't interested in either, so they should still be there...

401 & Winston Churchill Wal-Mart has Anmiated deluxe wave 4. Picked up the only Sentinel Prime and one of the two Swoops. Didn't bother with EG Bumblebee, there were two.

Also, plenty of Ultra Magnus all over the place. As well as a few Classics Stormcloud and Silverbolts.

have seen quite a few of the Universe 2 packs(Springer/Ratbat, and Dirge/Roadbuster) in a Zellers in Ottawa...they have plenty.....as well as the Roll Out Command Primes, plenty of those as well.

funny story.....went to Toys on Fire a few weeks ago and asked them to put on hold 2 Animated Swoops for me, whenever they got them in...So they agreed, and, a few days later, I went to the Toys R Us near my house, and found 2 Swoops, last ones there, so I picked them up. I just find it kind of amusing since I keep hearing they're so hard to find.

TRU Mississauga (Hurontario/Eglington) had some of the new Animated. I definitely seen more than one Sentinal Prime, I didn't pay too much attention, though. They also had Sideswipe and Silverstreaker. I took Sideswipe, left Silverstreaker. I didn't see Iron Hide, he may have already been gone or not on the shelves. They had a few of Galvatron and Acidstorm as well. They also had the legends Megatron, Jazz and Hound.

Erin Mills Town Centre Zellers had the legends "leader" set, the legends aerial advisery (or whatever) set and the minicon set.

Happy hunting...

TRU Oakville had some Swoops, two Sideswipes, a Silverstreak, some Acid Storms and Galvatrons for anyone looking for them. They also had pretty much one of everything else that's been out for a while.

Oakville Walmart had those Walmart exclusive deluxes (Fracture, etc), Galvatron, and Acidstorm. They had lots of the movie repaints with the shiny signs.

Costco Oakville had Robo-vision Prime for $23.

TRU St-Laurent had the new wave of Universe deluxes. Picked up all 3, and there should be a couple each of Sideswipe and Silverstreak left (no more Ironhides though).

Shameless Bump/Doublepost. But you will forgive me, for I come bearing news -- SALE NEWS!

Zellers: Sale from November 15 to November 21:
- Mini-Con 12-Pack, $24.99 instead of $29.99
(Also, it's NOT a Zellers exclusive as advertised. I saw it at the TRU.)
- "Deluxe Universe Animated Figure with Comic Book" (Yellow Animated Ratchet w/Legends Prowl and Starscream, Roadbuster/Dirge Comic pack shown), $29.99 instead of $34.99

Toys R Us: Sale from November 15 to November 21:
- Animated and Universe Deluxes, $7.47 instead of $14.99

I just bought Ironhide, Bluestreak, and Sideswipe this week. If I bring in the bill and flyer and ask for a price match, will they do it?

Groovy. Maybe I'll pay them a visit after work on Monday.

Glad I could help, Zeds! Hope you can take advantage of the sale! I'm thinking of getting a Galvatron. For seven and a half bucks, I'll bite... :-?

Galvie would be a great score at that price. Not sure yet what I will pick up. Hope to get Swoop actually. He'll be tough to find especially at that price. I have some connections though at TRU so I'll cross my fingers. Happy Hunting!

So I was picking up my two Swoops and Snarls each (pending price correction) to take advantage of the price drop that 1337W422102 posted starting tomorrow of $7.47 at TRU and my friend there told me of the upcoming sale in two weeks:

Nov 22nd to 28th
Universe Unicron $64.99 down to $49.99 ($15 off). That is a price match with the US:
http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.js ... Id=3096346

Universe Minicon 12 pack $29.99 down to $24.99 ($5 off)

He also informed me that TRU will price adjustment accordingly to Walmart's lower prices (ie Leaders at $39.92 instead of $59.99 at TRU) and offer 10% discount cards with your purchase on top of that to be used on future purchases!

GREAT NEWS FOR CANUCKS!

And here I was thinking I was coming into this thread to post news. That'll teach me to pay attention. :P Actually, what surprised me was that TRU Metrotown actually had Universe Deluxe (pretty much all of them aside from Ironhide); most of the time when I go there they only have the Voyagers (Blaster's the only one that really interests me, and I already own it. I suppose I'll pick up Heavy Load after payday next week...), the Ultras (which I already own most of, aside from Silverbolt, which I'm teetering over the fence on) and Unicron. Speaking of which.

And so it begins. Back when I first saw him there for that overly inflated price, I knew that within a few months they'd drop the price on account of the fact that product wasn't moving. Soon enough it'll be down to $25 (which is when I'll look to pick it up, assuming I don't get it for Xmas first.)

Busy, very busy. Combination of factors keeping me away from collecting for a little while there, university and funds being predominant, but I'm still keeping an eye out. Now if only I can stay away from the 25th ann. GI Joe line for a little while...

DB for what it is worth, I have found that for TRU Metro at least, that Tuesday's and Friday's are the best days to look.

For whatever reason those are the days I have found they have restocked the TF section.

Off topic but does anyone seen if "Combat Heroes" are getting released up here. They are pretty much the only Joe stuff i'm going to worry about picking up.
