You forgot to mention the Tiny Tins releases.
He already mentioned the Cybertron Wal-Mart Tiny Tins (bundled with deluxes). IF you are talking about the Universe Race Team, well, that's only for packaging collectors... there's no difference at all in the minicons, it's always your sweet, old, Armada Race Team. Ditto for the Energon 6-packs.

The combiners are very cool. And Armada Thundercracker looks specially cool holding 2 sabers. As does overload with 2 requiem blasters.
Which brings me to a question:
What the #@%%!@ is wrong with Prowl in this picture?
I don't even know how Overload is holding on to him like that.
The little pegs/bumper at the font of prowl should be acting as the grip for his gun mode not the barrels.
Thusly:
Rear tires/head is barrel. Front bumper, peg is grip.

I guess somebody just wanted to turn Prowl into a double-barrelled shotgun, blocking its arm between Overload's hand and kibble.

They were probably the opening and closing songs for the Japanese Armada anime with one being a clear blue Star Saber group and the other, the 3 mini cons that followed the human characters. Were those anything special?

Many stores saw either 1 or zero case assortments for Wave 4. These 6 Mini-Cons, 3 for the Energon Street Action Team and 3 for the Decepticon Space Team are perhaps the most difficult to located US release Mini-Cons. I have seen the Blastback and Sureshock 2-pack go for upwards of $60 on eBay and it’s a topic which I have regularly argued with other collectors. Not only do you have to be on the lookout for this set, but you have to be on watch for the right price.

Isn't there a holy grail saber repaint(dark red maybe?) where the pieces were only available at different conventions around the world? Like one at Dairycon, one in Europe, and one in Japan? Where's that thread?
T-Macksimus wrote:If packaging is not an issue for those wishing to expand your Mini-Con collections, I recommend checking out your local thrift shop or if there happen to be community Swap Meets in your area, try those. It amazes me just how much of my TF collection I have been able to expand by hitting these places. Hell, I got Optimal Optimus for $6.00 at one and I have been able to pick up Mini-Cons, Micromasters,Spychangers and G1 Mini-cars mixed in with Hot Wheels and bagged up with a 99 cent price sticker. Many parents just bundle up stuff they figure their kids have "outgrown" and donate it. Unless the thing is in it's bot mode, the sorters at the shop just assume it is some checp plastic Matchbox toy and dump 'em into bags with other Matchbox or Hotwheels. It means you have to be willing to devote the time to search each bundle (or have two very well coached little TF hunters like my boys are, which cuts the time down. Unfortunately mine know what the word "comission" means) but it's well worth it if you are serious about filling gaps in your collection.

PLease, be careful when posting, because ALL transformers are relatively expensive pieces of plastic.
ANyway, the Dairycon Stormsword is more or less a bootleg, a handmade custom which was never recognizer as an offical convention exclusive. That means, feel free to make your own, it will exactly have the same value and bragging rights than any other Stormsword.
