First time I saw that I figured he was covering his "Ears" and assumed a shockwave (or sonic edge of it) was involved, but now I also reckon he's possibly received bad news.

I don't think it's Mikaela's death- there's only theories that she dies and rumors that she breaks up with Sam. The Decep(?) ship above 'Bee implies this event happens later into the film, and my guess is that Mikaela would be removed from play early to make way for Carly.

More likely, if its' a death, I'm guessing it's Ironhide, Ratchet or Sentinel Prime. I don't know if the Wreckers are known enough to 'Bee for him to be upset at their deaths,but could see one of them dying whilst the Twins might already be dead and killing Sideswipe or Cue"Q"/Might-be-Wheeljack (or Ratchet) wouldn't make sense as they're theoretically vital links to the team layout and therefore plot.

The Ferrari, I treat as Bays new fave and assume will survive.

Edit: I wouldn't be surprised if Bay walked out killing Bumblebee. It's a poetic close to the Bayverse and opening curtain to the next director, Since Bumblebee was essentially the platform that Bay rode in on.

Cool. Was that the Jet Prime power-up? It looks like lazerbeak's alt mode is some sort of car or motorcycle.
I got a close look at the prime shot, that is the jetprime power up, I wonder how he flew in it and how he finds it after it breaks away. Can't wait to see the movie!!!!

Is it just me or does Ironhide really crash head-on with one of The Dreads? Its the shot right after the falling aircraft, starts in 00.08

Wait a minute, there was TWO!! God, you gotta love this scene.

Also, in 00.16 seems to be something like mechanical worms or snakes. Although, it could have been someone sliced-up falling down.

Also worth noting: in quite end of the trailer, you can see Prime slicing someone from the legs... With an EXPLOSION!!! That's how you know it's a Baymovie: even with slighter features there's always an explosion.

Yes it was a head on crash with the dreads and the thing tearing up the streets with tentacles is speculated to be soundwave.

I wonder if perhaps maybe probably if they could put prowl in the background of one of the scenes. And, does it not puzzle anyone else how prime still has the jet armor and how he keeps track of it? It's just like his trailer from G1. WHERE DOES IT GO??!!

I seriously doubt anyone will get any type of explination whatsoever as to Megan's character when Bay didn't even address an entire Transformers that is Barricade in "Fallen", nor address the mysterious disappearence of Jolt in "Moon", what ever happened to super hackers Maggie or the Senator Kelly, so on and so forth.

So for those of you looking for any type of character resolution....good luck with that. I can pretty much assure you the mind set of explaning Megan's lack of appearence will follow along the lines of, "Hey, look at this new pretty girl. Her name is Rosie, just keep staring at her till something explodes."

As for the trailer itself, I was hoping for more in terms of diologue just to get a sense or feel of what kind of, if any, story is being developed. I mean, there's a huge transformers list of who's and whats, mixed in with time travel, the lunar landing and set title "Dark side of the Moon", and now an invasion. Thats one key plot too many with a cast waaaaaaaaaaay too heavy for me to be comfortable. I feel this movie will end up like the Egypt showdown....with the new characters earning a whopping 10-15 seconds of screen time before being blown up just to make way for the finale explosion and then quickly wrapped story summery with noted Linkin Park yearly top single.

Really the only thing I do want to see is the villan....transforming. God help me if we get another key villan who doesn't transform in a movie about Transforming robots.

That's one of the cardinal rules man, the (very likely yellow) kid friendly character never dies in transformers. They get banged up and hurt bad(possibly lose limbs heh), but death can not claim them. It would be like 86 all over again if they did that. (which not even the 86 film killed Bee as he just doesn't die.) Atleast anything in motion/animated. (comics might be another story.)

Prime and bee are both safe for this film. I highly doubt Prime will go down for a second time since they really went that route in Rotf. Megatron and Starscream will likely survive as well since if there's any following films they need to be around. Ratchet and hopefully Ironhide makes it thru the trilogy. He worried me a bit in rotf at the end. Like oh no not again!. (I was like oh crap for a sec I thought prime wasted Megatron till I heard him mumble for screamer of all people.) Jolt , the twins I have out look not so good when it comes to them. Arcee if she isn't already dead(one of her motorcycles got trashed., but I assume she endured.) is a strong candiate for going down. Silverbolt and Sideswpe are old school favorites of mine so I hope they make it to the credits.

Basically I dont expect any Decepticon to survive other than the trinity(megatron, Starscream, and Soundwave.). Shockwave is dead for sure.(I'd be totally shocked if he wasn't slagged.) May be a few fodder ones slip thru the cracks(Decepticons Retreat!) but the bulk are going to get caught by the long arm of the plot.

We'll see who goes to the scrapyard and who will stand at credits. My money is on Prime and Bee for sure.

I agree too I will be disappointed if shockwave doesn't transform at all like the fallen didn't transform at all. I also hate the fact that he will more than likely die because this is the 'supposedly' end of the series for michael bay and I doubt they would let megatron and shockwave both live. He will die in some crappy way like arcee did.

He did it to Arcee simply because he didn't like how she turned out So a villan who has already been in two of the later films and is now the third truck to a three truck transformer party (Prime, Sentinel, and now Megs) and a villan who already has his previous form (Shockwave).....and the fact they're covering up half his design with a weathered Tarp....yeah I see Megatron bitting the bullet very early into the film.

It kind of set's up the vibe of "Who can be worse then Megatron?" which I see being the driving force to this 3 and final film.

Agreed. They may kill of megatron just because this is a Bay film. But I also expect Sentinel to die also. Not sure if shockwave or megatron is gonna off him. I sorta expect them to treat Sentinel like they did Jetfire. Here is this awesome new guy but oh wait he has die too.

I am a big fan of all the movies despites it's little wtf moments like story in ROTF but for the most part, I have enjoyed every minute of it still and this preview gives me high hopes that Bay will knock it out of the park on his last go round as Transformers Director.
