Im asuming you are a decepticon (going by your faction symbol on the top of your post) and therefore are looking to joining the RDD (Renegade Decepticon Dissidents).
Go to the Decepticon forum, where there is a thread called 'A new dawning for the RDD. All members, please check in here...', which has become an unnofficil recruiting thread. Just post that you are interested there, and wait for a decission (please understand that if your application is not successful the first time, this dose not mean that you may not be successful later down the line).

Depends on which one you want to join, each clan has their own system. that are all pale imitations of the RDDs.
