I'm in agreement with Chief here guys.
The 'Tron is all about fun, and off topic-ing is better done here than out on the main threads, if at all. But we gotta try to cut the chatter a bit
I think a good rule of thumb for the collection threads is to let the proprietor of the thread lead the convo with their posts.
In the end the 'Tron and other collections should be a place to get silly and have fun, and stray a bit, but let's try to reign it in a bit.

How we do.

Had a real nice trip out west. Held some serious council with the Brotron.

We challenged Space Mountain.

And emerged victorious!

We may have had too good a time grabbing lunch and quite a few grogs at Trader Sam's, the pool side bar at the Disneyland hotel. After taking down an Imperial Squadron in Space Mt. we were naturally funneled into the BIG Star Wars gift shop. Where we over indulged in another and much older habit of ours.

The build-your-own R2 Unit buffet! We were all, REALLY? Build 2 for $20? Let's each build one. :lol:

That didn't last long. We got into it. For a good hour! Rum2-D2!

The droids with the glass and color changing LED energon ice cube from Trader Sam's.

This hat also had to be HAD!

Also, a birthday styling via Brotron.

GUYS! this is seriously the best most entertaining bit of TF fiction I've read/looked at in a long time. I mean it! A lot a folks don't get this book, but I do. If you grew up in the 80's playing with these toys, it's a must read.

When I got home my last little bit of Bday treats was waiting for me.

New gloves and shoes.

These are GREAT! I was never against them, I was just never in a hurry to get some. And I'm all for the stock HFG, but I just grabbed the first and most accessible guy and.. BLAMO! Upgradetron! Rabbit hole? :-?

Then there's still this mountain to challenge.

When the after glow of a sweet vacation wears off and reality sets in, I'll crack this nut.
Always nice to have something to look forward to.

Well, Max finally came out of Time-Out. I think he learned his lesson.

I finally had some time to pull him out and sticker him up. MAN! I am much more thrilled and entertained than I thought I would be. I felt pretty let down initially when we learned he was a retool of Plex, but BOY HOWDY did I get over it quick! He is extremely retooled. I love all the different colors he's cast in and they're nice colors at that.
Plex has been up on his high perch for so long, I kinda forgot just how massive he is. Oh ya, and Cerebros IS just a great little action figure.

Color me happy. To the MAX!

SWEET! He looks pretty awesome in those poses! I haven't tried moving his legs for the poses at all, but he actually looks pretty stable

Well hey there WreckerJack!
The cube came in my tropical drink at Trader Sam's, the poolside bar at Disneyland. I used to see them all over the place years ago. Like at Target and what not. I just searched Amazon, but all the ones I found are liquid activated. This one has a button on the bottom to turn it on and cycle through the colors.

So, quick look at the bottom of the cube and, VOILA!
